The race will be in the afternoon. The race schedule is still being developed and will be posted here when finalized.

Only students run, although we can let a few parents run alongside their child if they wish. All other friends and family are welcome to cheer on the runners, but for safety reasons, cannot participate in the race course. Cheer your student to the finish line! You do not need to sign-in at the main office, as the race will be held entirely outside.

The registrations can be done if you navigate to pes.futurefund.com.

Families can meet by the PES Gym on Fridays at 8:30am, starting on Friday 9/18 (except 10/9 which is Donuts with Grownups). Folks can jog or walk a bit together, and enjoy the camaraderie! All levels are welcome, parents and siblings can jog too. Please park on the side lot by the church so we can save the front spaces for staff. This is not a drop off event, so please stay until the 9:10am bell rings.

On race day, snacks and drinks will be provided to the runners (registered students) only. If you are coming to cheer them on, we encourage you to bring a water bottle to keep your cheering voice going.

Donations are tracked by registered runner so they can win class-wide prizes. Corporate sponsors can also donate via pes.futurefund.com. If you wish to donate apart from the Turkey Trot, you can just use the “Donate Now” button on our website.

This is a “fun run” not a race. There is no specific distance, and we do not track the runners times or distances run. The race course is just around the field, and runners can go around more than once (subject to the overall race schedule).

If you make your donation in the week for a particular class prize, your student has a better chance of winning that prize. If you have multiple students, you can donate one week for one, and a different week for another. The registration system tracks the donations by student and teacher. To get updates on the class leader board, join our WhatsApp group.

You can register at PES.futurefund.com to enter your student’s information and their T-shirt size. You do not need to donate to register. If you do not register, we will assign a shirt size based on the student’s grade, which may not fit optimally on race day (all students participate, regardless of registration). If you do a web search on T-shirt sizing, or try on old T-shirts, that may help. If you need to update your size after you registered, email foundation@supportpes.org. If you wish not to register but still select a T-shirt size, please email foundation@supportpes.org and we will note your selection.

A few people have found that the registration from their mobile device was not optimal. Please try from a computer at a later time. If you need assistance with anything, including correcting data you entered, please email foundation@supportpes.org and we’ll assist.

The rain date is Friday 11/13. We will send an email in the event of any major change in plans, such as moving to 11/13.
