The race will be in the afternoon. The race schedule is still being developed and will be posted here when finalized.

Only students run, although we can let a few parents run alongside their child if they wish. All other friends and family are welcome to cheer on the runners, but for safety reasons, cannot participate in the race course. Cheer your student to the finish line! You do not need to sign-in at the main office, as the race will be held entirely outside.

The registrations can be done if you navigate to pes.futurefund.com.

Families can meet by the PES Gym on Fridays at 8:30am, starting on Friday 9/18. Folks can jog or walk a bit together, and enjoy the camaraderie! All levels are welcome, parents and siblings can jog too. Please park on the side lot by the church so we can save the front spaces for staff. This is not a drop off event, so please stay until the 9:10am bell rings.

On race day, snacks and drinks will be provided to the runners (registered students) only. If you are coming to cheer them on, we encourage you to bring a water bottle to keep your cheering voice going.

Donations are tracked by registered runner so they can win class-wide prizes. Corporate sponsors can also donate via pes.futurefund.com. If you wish to donate apart from the Turkey Trot, you can just use the “Donate Now” button on our website.

This is a “fun run” not a race. There is no specific distance, and we do not track the runners times or distances run. The race course is just around the field, and runners can go around more than once (subject to the overall race schedule).

If you make your donation in the week for a particular class prize, your student has a better chance of winning that prize. If you have multiple students, you can donate one week for one, and a different week for another. The registration system tracks the donations by student and teacher.
